Which tier do i submit trading cards under?! 0

I am going to submit a collection of pokemon cards. Most of the cards (aprx 30 in total) are going to be valued less than 500 dollars. I have 2 cards that if they grade high will have a greater than 500$ value. How do I submit my cards?

 

Do i have to submit them in two different batches, one for the values below 500 and one for values above 500? Do i have to submit them all for above 500 value?

Or can i just submit them all below the 500$ value.
