Opportunity to get an FF1, but at a heavy 'trade' cost. What would you do?

25K for a 2.5 FF#1 , either cash or equivalent trade = too pricey right now. I think 20K is the MOST you should be paying right now in this buyer's market

Having said that, I would have a hard time justifying moving the books you mentioned unless it is really important to you and/or you are looking at a nice, long FF run. It is an incredible run for sure!

I just watched an interview with Blue Chip comics where he talks about the "3 R's" in the comic book hobby.

Rarity, Replaceability and Relavence

Fantastic Four #1 hits all of those box's for me so I'd pull the trigger but to each there own.
