Grading Special Delivery Charizard?

I just got my email code yesterday to receieve a special delivery charizard from pokemon center and when I looked to see if it was on the submission form yet it still only showed Special Delivery Charizard with "Inadvertent Early Release."

 

When mine shows up, is it safe to choose this option on my submission from, or should we wait till the submission form is updated?

I was told this:

This card was added yesterday during business hours.
