Midtown Comics, MyComicShop, Mile High Comics, etc. (Maybe avoid Mile High Comics unless you have money to burn.) If you're just looking to read, then you can always buy the rest of the story digitally from Comixology. If it's an ongoing series, many comics are collected in trades which stay in print.
