Why does CGC only grade comics on Thursday and Friday? 0

From what I remember, the graders are encouraged to go faster, not slower...

I think you're confused. The process is slower and profit margins are through the roof because the grading is now outsourced to China and as we all know, the docks have been backed up for quite a while. Books are anchored at sea in hot containers waiting to be unloaded.
