 sorta looks like it, but not a listed appearance. If so it would be a first appearance based on the publication date.

I may be mistaken, but I believe Warlock is mentioned in the solo Thanos backup story of Logan’s Run 6. It occurred before the events of Av Ann 7 and MTIO Ann 2

The very next issue - Captain Marvel #58 - features Drax discovering Sanctuary II and finding Thanos' petrified form.

Believing Captain Marvel killed Thanos, Drax travels to Earth and battles the hero. Warlock is mentioned as CM relates exactly what happened to Drax.

Luckily I have these too. Start reading CM around 50 or so off the rack. Even though not an appearance, still a great story line and I really should go back and re-read all these.

I liked the fact that Thanos' legacy lived on after him, and that it was the central theme in the remaining issues of Captain Marvel.

Weird I must've sold my MP 2, been hunting one since I discovered that gap a year or so back.

Like you I'm a big fan and pleased to have all the other Warlock related comics.  Including those two lame cameos in Thor 163-164 that consist of a single panel showing the cocoon, what a larf.   And I never considered the Avengers 118 as part of this set, that's cool - and pleased to see that you included the two issues of Two In One post Warlock's 'death.'

I forget, does Warlock appear in Death of Capt Marvel graphic novel #1 ?  Probably not since it was by Starlin, who probably still respected the material too much at that point.

Nice to see the proof! Thanks for that! I had a raw, but as I started to read I got so   of the condition, that i stopped reading but still sent it in to cgc

Came back I think 6.5 with sun shadows, probably looked worse than it was haha
