Best2u Posted September 19, 2022 Share Posted September 19, 2022 I have a few slabs that have been encapsulated by CGC that have the wrong information on the label, wrong issue number, variant not noted, and so forth. I’d like to have them corrected but can’t find a form that would address the issue. There is a form for re-slabbing, could I just use that with a note attached? Thanks, Best2u if these are recent slabs you got back from your own submission then you use the 'mechanical error' tab on submission page.
