My card was damaged in shipping.… 1 1

I recently submitted what seemed to be a flawless Pokémon TCG card which holds quite a bit of value, I knew something was wrong when over 30 days have passed and still it stayed scheduled for grading so I decided to reach out. 
 

I was giving a response a few days later saying that they tried to reach out to me but it must have went into my spam… it didn’t there was no attempt and that my card was damaged during shipping that caused a bend in the card which with the amount of protection I placed upon that card is next to impossible. 
 

certainly seems to me that my card was damaged during encapsulation process.
 

Very upset with this, not sure what to do from here. Just turned a very expensive card into a penny weight.
