Isn't it possible they counted one of the sigs towards CGC SS and the other sig as unwitnessed and therefore a defect? (as opposed to the green/yellow)

I thought about that, but it's not mentioned in the grader notes, which it obviously should have been

My guesses....

1) missing George Perez signing information

2) wrong grade...should be higher

3) Perez had signed it beforehand, and it should have been green/yellow, with a "name written on cover in marker."
