It's a misprint because the "galaxy" pattern only covers less than half of the image. Compare:

If you look on the cgc website and dig around, they do explain a bunch of the possible errors/misprints.

If you still can't find it, I suggest contacting cgc customer service directly.

Hard to tell with the lighting in the pic they provided. Not sure if its only half foiling since unless its being reflected in a pic, then you cant really tell.

If its only half foiling then yeah it would be a misprint but that wasnt mentioned in the OPs post.

That’s under fluorescent lighting, and yeah only half has the “cosmos” Holo pattern, I love the new cosmos Holo empoleon that came out in the new Infernape set!! Not really a fan of the new line Holo from the original Brilliant Stars set it came out of!
