Cross grade help 1 1

I have this HGC or HC Grading 9.5 marnie i want cross graded. is this an option. I've come to find after purchase that its not a reputable company. I just want it regraded not to concerned if it gets higher or lower. just nervous to crack it myself.

We can crack the card out of the slab for you.  This company isn't eligible for a crossover but, you can submit it for grading.
