PGM Batman #155 - 1st SA app of the Penguin - Grade is in! 3 3

One of the many keys I pulled from my recent acquisition of a SA/BA Batman and Detective Comics collection. Don’t want to bombard the board so thought I’d just post this key.

The cover presents nicely but it’s completely detached and I don’t know what that is on the back cover!

What grade do you reckon this is?

The front cover (minus the hole) looks 5 or better. Between the hole and back cover, I'll say 3.0/3.5. I can't see a 4.0 with stains and a missing piece, but I suppose it could happen.
