Would a golden age comic with a replica cover and a few replica pages married be NG, 0.5 or Resored

If an incomplete golden age comic is  missing the cover and center-fold  but has a replica cover and centerfold, along with restoration such as spine split seals, piece fill, and staples replaced, then will it be considered a NG or Restored ... or is it possible to request a blue 0.5 grade?

That will be NG.

The only time a book with a facsimile cover might garner an actual grade is when it is only partial, that is to say it still has at least one side of the cover wrap (original front with facsimile back, or facsimile front with the original back), and even then it would be 0.5 at most.

This.

Grade a book with facsimile components as if they were not present at all (because they aren't). So in this case, you have a coverless book with additional pages missing, and that's way, way into NG-land even if the cyborg bits make it look pretty.

If the original cover artist is still alive apparently they can simply staple an acetate on the book and receive a CGC blue universal label

It's the gag that keeps on giving.......

and I never mentioned you can also request a CGC 10 and receive it.  An acetate heals all wounds.
