John Romita Sr did the cover, not Gil Kane.  Nothing is original.  Gil Kane did the pencil work on the story.

That terrible drawing looks like an overweight spidey.

Very deceptive. Infers that Romita was inspired by Kane, then in the body of his description he tries to cover himself and with poorly worded text says Kane inspired by Romita. 

The ask price $60 000 is absurd. 
You're walking into a jackpot of trouble if you take this at face value and buy.
