J_M_ Posted October 17, 2022 Share Posted October 17, 2022 Do all the games get tested for playability to be able to not get stuck with a qualified grade....also what is considered "factory sealed" I ask cause a lot of 3rd party sellers reseal games for resale purposes but of course you don't know if they are complete with manuals and everything...how does grading work for these games? If a game is received and it is determined that it has been resealed, then we will contact you to ask if you would like the game opened and graded as Complete In Box or if you would like the game sent back as is. We do not grade resealed games as we cannot verify the contents are complete. As for testing games, CGC Video Games does reserve the right to test any game that is received.
