Adding Info to a CGC Label 0

What is the process for getting pertinent information added to the labels on CGC Books.

Ie; "USED IN SOTI"

As I've noticed there's a few books that don't have that labeled, when they are Infact SOTI books.

To have this designation added, please make a note on these books for our graders to review. Please write "Check USED IN SOTI designation - MMA" with any supporting documents you can provide to support this. The final label information is up to our graders however. Let us know if you have any other questions.
