I consider 904 the official last issue of AC as it breaks the run started in 1938. For short time 'round turn of the century John was writing this and JSA and I really liked the titles. Then his true hubris kicked in and his writing changed for the worse IMHO! Not to mentioned what I call the Executive Tendency, which is you do what you think will maximize your next bonus and future be damned. Popular Post MAR1979 Posted October 23, 2022 Popular Post Share Posted October 23, 2022 (edited) Around the time of COIE #3 which Introduced me to The Losers, as child I recall fishing this issue and a stack of others OFF's out of the 5 for $1.00 section of my LCS. #181 was my favorite OFF took me over a decade to find a 9.8. Cancelled unexpectedly in the DC Implosion and in 1985 Characters were brought back in Crisis sadly only to be quickly killed off.
