I wanted to change the submission "tier" when I attempted an order in the past (because I had overestimated the comic values).  There was no way to do that.  I had to fill-in a new order form with the correct tier.  Frustrating.

The good news is that you can make up as many submission forms as you'd like.  CGC only processes what is received at their address.

Are you asking if you can put more than 25 comics on an invoice? If so, the answer is: You cannot.
