Type error on label - needs correction

I received 4 slabs from a recent submission that all have the card description cut off. 
 

it looks like the error has been corrected in the system - my latest submission doesn’t have the same issue. 
 

can you please let me know the correct course of action for having the labels replaced and the error corrected?
