Stamps on comics I found 0

I'm seeing these stamps all over my comics I just bought. Would this effect the grading?? Not sure what these are from

Nothing to worry about. 

It's part of the comic and intended to be there. Phil Zimelman is the artist.

Okay good I panicked for a second. I just hadn't seen those stamps before so I was confused. Even after I found out he's the artist

You should be able to pull up other issues on eBay to confirm they have the same stamp.
