The Lions Den Posted November 21, 2022 Share Posted November 21, 2022 This is a very good question, but if the book was graded recently, I'd tend to think that someone felt it was an important note to put on the label. It's also interesting that they didn't specify the amount of tape, or if it serves a function (such as sealing a tear). It's anyone's guess if they'd do the exact same thing again, though...
