What is the current Express tier date being opened?

Hi, I sent in an Express tier box signed for on 11/21. Can you please tell me what day they are working on now in opening express tier boxes? Are they behind in opening boxes or on time? It’s hopefully a Christmas gift. Thank you

Hello! We are currently experiencing higher-than-normal submission volume recently and that has put us behind with opening packages. Although I do not have an exact date for when your package will be opened, I can assure you we are working to get them all entered as soon as possible. You should see an Express package entered relatively soon. Once entered, you will receive an email letting you know it was received.
