Hello,

We release new labels once a year. When this happens old labels are then retired. Once a label has been retired, we will not have that specific label again. Rest assured, we will have other options for specific characters again in the future. You can always find what the current VS retired labels are HERE. So you know, we do not have any public plans to release a new Wolverine Label at this time. Be sure to be following our announcements so you find out when a label like this is released.
