It did not charge me for the CGC grading afterwards, but I assume it goes from CCS to CGC for grading after right? Do they create the invoice for me and hand them back off, or contact me after completion or resto removal to make sure that I want them graded at CGC or what? CCS would not know to send the comic(s) to CGC unless you also had an invoice from CGC. I'm not sure of all the ins-and-outs of this process with the submission forms. If I was you, I would call CGC to see if you have any options (extremely unlikely). CCS will hand deliver to CGC after removal for grading and they will invoice me for grading at that time.
