I recycle comics and mags with no value, aggressively. I chunked a stack of beat up SSOC magazines earlier this week. I tell myself I'm creating scarcity, but really I'm just not willing to house garbage.

What's your malfeasance?

I do the same thing on occasion. 

I also filled this with stamps when I was a kid, so I wiped out 100 bronze age books:

I did recently get the nuts to check my Hulk 181, and it did have a stamp. I think I went back through all my MVS books a year or two after I clipped them and tried to replace them all.

Oh yes, and I've cracked out 100s of CGC, CBCS and PGX books out of their slabs, and sent a lot of the residue to the landfills. And shipped out 100s of outer wells to fellow boardies.

I just put the discarded slabs in the recycling bin.

But do you send the labels to CGC to keep the census pristine?

You want dirty, here you go: Many years ago, I taped the entire spine of a Black Cat 50 with cello tape because I hated the fact it was a detached cover. It’s a 1.0 or something and it’s floating around out there in a CGC slab.

May PCH collectors forgive me.

I once paid a lady of the night with a comic book.  She was so good I gave her a near mint copy of Cherry Poptart #1.  I thought it most appropriate. 

In turn, she was so impressed by me that she gave me a copy of The Riflemen #10.
