Written Number and AP 1 1

I received an artist proof from a retailer recently. It has the typical initials printed on the bottom corner. However, next to the printed initials, they chose to write the AP's number in sharpie.

 

Would them numbering the APs detract from the book getting a blue label?

It will automatically get a green label without a grade drop. You can request a blue label, which will most likely get a grade drop.
