Degree graded cards 0

I have a pokemon card that was graded by degree grading how can I get tthat crossed over to a cgc graded card there is no option on the regrade menu

Unfortunately, this is not a grading service we recognize for our crossover tier. If you would like this to be regraded by CGC, you will need to remove this card from its current encapsulation and send it to us RAW. I am sorry for this inconvenience.
