Dizzma1 Posted December 5, 2022 Share Posted December 5, 2022 recently sent in 2 comics for the Todd McFarland signing. I got the signing/grading, 2 specialty labels, and pressing. That and shipping total $315.00. I also recently sent in two other different comics to be reholdered. That total came to $65. First my credit card was charged $40 for the CCS pressing. Then recently my credit card was charged $385 for both submissions together. However, this should've been minus the ccs charge. So, my account was charged TWICE for ccs pressing for the first sub. In total my credit card was charged $425.00. I've emailed them for weeks now with no response. Is the only working customer service, calling in?
