ive contacted customer service on 3 seperate occasions regarding my recent sub, all three times no one has any idea how to help me other than to read off what i already know. my order was charged to the wrong card, i made the correction but my order was shipped back to the shipper in the middle of the shipment to me. per cgcs request, seems the incorrect amount was charged to the right card..  now my sub has ALL the grades removed off the sub list and im afraid their gonna regrade or not sure whats going on but customer service keeps just reading the same info off the website i already know... theres gotta be a more helpful way to contact someone who knows whats going on over there can someone help me????
