Custom label requested but arrived with none 0

I requested my CGC SS submission (2719477) to have 3 books with custom X-Men label but they all arrived with regular labels. The invoice clearly indicated this. Please advise how to get them reholdered back with the labels.

I tried asking the same via the CGC contact webpage but hasn't gotten any response, not sure if anyone is monitoring that.

This happened to me as well. After sending 2x books back twice, and still not getting the correct custom Wolverine label, I finally gave up and ate the custom label fees...
