Hi so I am thinking of doing my first ever submission for this but I am wondering if it is mandatory to use those yellow sleeves. I won't really have time to buy them for this submission

no, you do not have to use CGC’s pre-made yellow window bags but according to all sig series announcements, you do need to window bag all ungraded books or they will not be accepted

if you are not familiar with how to do so you can search and there are even tutorials provided on this forum
