Direct Repost from Last Year... I will bring this out once a year. 

I paid $230 - Offering it here for what I paid at $230... 

That's $30 off from last year. 

So I have a preproduction piece of Clutch that I am willing to part with.  This stuff just sits in drawers at my house.    My ask - $265 

Provenance is that I am a member of the GI Joe Facebook PrePro group.   I was the high bidder after there was a problem on FB and no one got it.   Interested parties submitted private bids.   I just went back and screen shot the listing, the exchange where I win it and pictures of the item.  The only noticeable things I notice in the piece between this and production is the rivets.  My general release figures have a silver elbow rivet and the prepro piece has a golden elbow rivet.  The paint apps seem softer in areas and different around the beard in a couple of areas like by the lower lip but that might just be me.  The plastic in the arms is a paler color than on my general release samples.

The limbs are in excellent shape and there are no elbow cracks or breaks.  All hardware is rust free.  It has the original o-ring which I am not changing.   The bag is torn and it looks like the helmet was removed because that is the only thing missing.   

I will lay it on the table and tell you what I paid and we can go from there. 

I cannot put a price tag on it either. 

I offered $212 and won.  I wound up somehow paying with shipping a BP $230.41

All I can say with that is make an offer.  Make one higher... Make one lower... who knows.

Snake Eyes and Scarlett version 1.5 Swivel Arms. 

I am sure we hear things like this a lot but these might be the nicest samples out there.  

Snake Eyes v1.5 - Swivel Arm - no cracks or breaks.  No broken elbows.  No rust.  New o-ring.  Original accessories. Firm limbs. Shoulders and elbows firm.

Scarlett v1.5 - Swivel Arm - no cracks or breaks.  No broken elbows.  No rust. New o-ring. Some paint loss as you can see the dots on the explosive device on right leg.  Left knee has some movement.  All other joints are firm.  What is the selling point?  There is no yellowing nor fading on the plastic or paint on the torso and waist.  Everything matches up.  The red paint on the head is in excellent condition.   The silver on the left wrist stars are in tact.  This is NOT a Frankenstein joe with pieces sourced from various figures.   Everything here matches up and is original. 

$275 for the pair. 

I don't think I could replace these if I tried.

Thought about offering up my AFA carded and non graded carded figures, (no loose figures) but I am struggling with prices and am not as familiar with the market as I thought I was.   I tested the waters with some vintage items which were the Joe stuff but I might be moving those where I think there is a wider audience for them.  The same may be true with the Star Wars figures.
