Is there a way to pull my books, have them returned, and just resubmit with fast track? I will not be waiting 230+ days for my books to be graded. I just want to clear on this... Can you point me to the documentation that stipulates CGC has the right to withhold my property absent any outstanding balances? I mean, speaking plainly, if CGC has been paid for services and I choose to 1) waive those services, 2) forfeit the fees paid, and 3) pay the required return shipping, what exactly is preventing their return? It's clear in the TOS that CGC can return books in certain cases, so it doesn't seem to be lack of ability or process. Thanks in advance. As you can see on our Services and Fees page orders cannot be changed or cancelled once in transit to our facility. An example of exception to this rule would be if the owner/submitter of the collectibles passed away while the books were in our custody. Otherwise, we do not make allow for submissions to be canceled. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Let us know if you have any other questions.
