CGC won't let me submit 2 2

[Pierce Poundings]

When I'm trying to submit some comics for grading. The last step is payment. I enter all my info correctly, then hit submit. I get a message saying " Your order cannot be submitted at this time. Please try again later." I have been trying for days and getting same message. What am I doing wrong?

I looked at the history of the submission.  Somehow, it's there so I clicked it then it opened with the invoices that are ready to be printed.

Just weird but it worked.
