Would these store stamps greatly affect the grade? 1 1

Not my books but have some with this exact stamp on the cover. (I would've posted mine but in work and just got to thinking!)

Bookshop stamps per se are not really a problem, but the pen (or worse, marker,) prices that almost always accompany them do some harm to the grade. Although the examples shown above are already such low grades that they probably don't affect the grade in the slightest, since those defects are permitted in those lower grades. 

On otherwise high grade books, yes they would dent the grade somewhat and the aesthetic depending on placement and clarity. I don't mind them myself as they tell the story of that particular comic. Arrival stamps and grease pencil dates too, have me all excited! There are others on here who feel the same way!
