Case not sealed properly 0

I just received my first submission back from cgc and very excited about the grades I got. After pulling the slabs I noticed a white line around the book and it looks like the inner weld was not done correctly. Other graded books I have bought the weld is straight and clear. Any insight on this would be appreciated. Is this considered a mechanical defect that can be resubmitted to correct? Thanks so much!

I would say if you paid a company for a service, and are unsatisfied with the service provided or have specific questions about it, consider contacting customer service for that company.  CGC has contact info on their website.

Any answers you get from random internet strangers might be anecdotal, misinformed, conflicting, outdated, or simply wrong.

That's the seal on the inner well not the slab itself.  It looks normal.
