I purchased nearly all of my comics off a rotating rack in the back of a Woolworth's 5&10 in a suburb of Boston. Unfortuantely they didn't carry many Marvel titles. I'm thinking that in the 60's, maybe retail distribution of DC and Marvel was based on a geographic subscription rate. Or maybe Woolworth couldn't afford a second rack.
