I see a spine tic over Hulk's right foot, so I guess it would be a 9.6. Maybe a 9.8 on a good day?

When we get to these 9.8-10.0 grades, it seems so subjective and the scans don't seem nearly good enough to really judge.

 

It's also like the Heisenberg Uncertaintly Principle (of Comics), where the more accurately one measures (grades) a book the more uncertain that grade can be. (or something like that... )

9.8 if the spine tick is the only flaw...if the spine tick is not there...a shot at an 9.9 (staples slightly off center).

Because of the bottom right corner being a bit rounded and the spine stress breaking color, Im going with a 9.6
