5.0/5.5 but maybe Qualified 6.0/6.5 especially if pressed.

CGC will decide whether or not to qualify it.

Not to take anything away from your book (which is very nice copy of a great issue), but 7.0 is a very generous grade, considering the fully detached centerfold is only one of several shown/CGC-noted blemishes/defects.  Historically, CGC has awarded Universal Grades of 6.5/7.0 only to "otherwise pristine or nearly pristine" copies, such as those shown below:

The question (as always) is, "Does this represent a loosening of CGC's historical grading standards?" or "Is this simply a one-off grade awarded by a relatively inexperienced grader not familiar with CGC's historical grading standards?"  Only time will tell.  In the meantime, give thanks for your good fortune!  :banana:  :foryou:
