I just received this in the mail today. Couldn't help myself despite the front and back cover oxidation. The spine is in great condition with NO tears, splits or wear, and all text on the spine is legible. All pages are present. Would love your thoughts and opinion!

4.5±0.5. There's enough color-breaking creasing/wear up & down the cover along the spine & rounded corners that add to the oxidation to keep this below fine. Especially the oxidation.

maybe not fine but 5.0-5.5 imo

I'd guess you get at least a 5.0 from CGC for this book.
