Hi guys, anyone had any experience with Bunky Brothers ?

I'd like to order some books from their site. Anyone bought from the before? How's their packaging? Safe?

Cheers guys :)

I just ordered my first SA book from them (JIM 87) and it arrived quickly, packed well and as described.

I would definitely buy from them again.

Has anyone bought through Comic Vendor ? They've got some pretty good prices but I'm having a hard time getting it touch with them. Sent them a couple of e-mails but haven't heard back from them.

Anyone had any experiences?

I'm new to the boards and based in the UK, so was wondering if anyone could recommend any good silver age dealers for those of us across the pond.

thanks

Thanks, yeah I spoke to Nick yesterday regarding a ref for a board member I'm buying some books from. I'll be certainly going back to him in the future for help and books. Is there anywhere else? its always good to have a few different sources and being based in the UK always makes things that bit harder.

Nick is the only UK dealer I've dealt with. You might try posting in this thread (A little corner of the UK) -

Just dealt with Lee Hester over at Lee's Comics in California to get my Amz Fantasy 15 and was extremely happy with everything from packaging, to communicaiton and grading. Would highly recommend buying from him either on ebay or his site!

Just wanted to say Thanks for the great resource. I wasn't aware of some of them, and so really appreciate your having taken the time to share.

I'll look forward to seeing what others might have to post. I seem to wind up using (for the most part) mainly eBay, the group of dealers that come up in http://www.comicseeker.com/

(several of whom are included in your list), and also Greg at http://www.gregreececomics.com/. Great guy.

You missed a bunch of capitalization, apostrophes, misspelled "probably" and "grammar". Your intro was one gigantic run-on sentence. :baiting:

Let's see some books! :D
