This is legit - not a scam. It is a survey from eBay. If it has your name in it, its a legit survey. Another way to know is to log in to your eBay account in another window and THEN open the survey up. If it is legit, it will hold your account in it.

Good point, though, I've never gotten a survey from ebay before. I always go to my ebay account by typing it in or from my favorites sites just in case.

To be careful, I always go to my eBay and check to see if the message is in there before replying to any email that appears to come from them. These scammers are good and always seem to be getting better. I have had recent spammers somehow be able to connect my name to my account, so don't be too trusting because of that. I too got a survey recently that I forwarded to spoof@ebay.com and it turned out to be a fraud email. Some are legit and some are not, so always check it out.
