hmm anyone else think there might be some people out there looking to find out what bronze books to buy next??

Anyways, I'd say Captain America 117 is pretty rare.

In terms of true scarcity regardless of grade:

Marvel's 2nd-string Westerns, especially Wyatt Earp

Charlton Westerns and Romance

Marvel Hanna-Barbera treasury book (can't remember the name)

Last 4 issues of Bunny (Harvey)-at least in my experience.

Charlton Westerns and Romance

Does anyone buy Charlton Romance books? I have a few of these and have been debating whether it's worth it to put them up on ebay. I didn't know romance books even sold anymore.

Uggh, Charlton Romances are the most unreadable books around! Even I won't read them. mad.gif At least the DC and Marvel ones are somewhat readable or downright hilarious! wink.gif

Marvel titles:

Children titles: L'il Pals, L'il Kids (those last few issues of L'il Kids are a real pain)

Romance: My Love, Our Love Story

Western: Gunslinger, Wyatt Earp, Gunhawks

Teen: Chili, Harvey, Millie the Model, Mad about Millie, etc.

Some of these are already pricey in the guide - $55 for a NM Li'l Pals #1? It's almost the same as Marvel Premiere #1! Do any dealers really have any documented sales of these books?

I had a difficult time finding Jerry Lewis 117 (it was a Wonder Woman cross-over) and Doom Patrol 104. Not sure I ever found the DP, actually. But I do have the Jerry Lewis and it's wacko.

I was lucky to buy a Jerry Lewis 117 as well as the 112 (Flash cross-over) cheap when a collector friend of an eBay dealer sold off his collection. Otherwise, I would have never found those books! frown.gif
