Bought my first Golden Age!!!

So I really don't collect golden age books but I always liked this cover. Did I overpay for it? I can't seem to get the link to work soooo it is item #6607723896 on ebay.

I'm not sure where the market is now on these classic L. B. Cole Suspense covers - but 10 years ago there were dealers asking $600+ for copies of Suspense #11 in roughly the same grade ( I'd guess yours is around a 5.0, maybe a little nicer). I imagine you'd be able to get what you paid or more if you ever decided to sell it in the future. Excellent choice for your first GA purchase by the way

 

I like and collect comics from all eras, but have to agree that picking up a new GA comic is more of a rush than a purchase from any other era.
