Not exactly high grade, but it's complete and the staples are firmly attached!

 

Discoloration at the top is a mixture of light foxing and some waterdrop stains.

I rather like this book. But like and grading are two different things. Based on what I can see and your description I will go 4.0 with a minor shot at 4.5 I wouldnt mind having one, thats for sure.. Looks better than that, but isnt IMHO.

Yeah, tough crowd as always!...

 

I'd say it squeaks by with a 4.0, certainly no worse than 3.5. Pretty sure the water spots are allowable in VG.

VG 4.0 is my guess. Waterspots and foxing do drag the book down just a little at this level.
