Here is my GS X-Men 1. Corner dings and bumps. Small water stain just to the left of Wolverine's claws. Dirty back.

imho no better than 5.0...too many flaws/messed up

Yours had the soiling spot. Soiling spots carry heavy deductions on books that would have otherwise been high grade. I might have been .5 too low anyway. This GSX #1 had it also had an identical soiling spot would not be as effected since this is a mid grade copy anyway.

 

Take this for what it's worth: you can always price yours at 8.0 guide!!!

I think the spine wear & general soiling would take this down to 6.0, but the water stain (though small) drops it still a bit further. 5.5 from me.

Agreed. I had it at a 5.5 as well.
