Sending this one in soon but thought I'd get some advice first to anticipate the results... I'm hoping for a 9.6 and I'm gonna buy a condo with the $$$ I make from it by selling it on Ebay.

You might be right. I had a feeling I was too high on this one. I suppose a 3.0 might actually be better suited now that I examine it a second time. Strict 3.0 though. Wouldn't go lower.

3.0..crease and impact "dent" below blurb keep it from a higher grade...

I can't tell if the top staple is present or not. Assuming it's there 3.0 if not 2.0

Yeah... staple's there and hanging on pretty well.

I think the 2.0s and 3.0s are too tough on this book. Sure it has some long creases, but they are not super heavy creases. Overall it has decent edges, corners and no soiling. Colors are pretty bright.

 

I'd give it a 3.5... but absolutely no lower than 3.0.
