PGM: Swamp Thing #6 and #7

ST #6: 5.5 for mult. creases

 

ST #7: Always have trouble fine-tuning a grade when there's color rubbing (I assume that's what that is along the spine). I think it would fall short of VF, so call it a 7.5.

On the ST #6, near the spine I see either a long reader crease running all the way down the book or a series of 3-4 shorter creases (not sure which), in addition to the corner creases and rubbing. Are you guys factoring that into your grades of 6.5-7.0? Just curious... confused-smiley-013.gif

My opinions before I posted the scans on the board were as follows:

 

Swampy #6: With the scratching and scuffing on the top half, I figured 6.5.

 

Swampy #7: General wear, a few very very small ncb stress marks, color rub. I had it at an 8.0 until I saw the color rub and figured 7.5 was more appropriate.
