What is the grade of this Xmen 12?

Seller grades this at 6.5, I think he is crazy. Those creases on lower right corner are awfully big for a 6.5.

Right on there with 4.0 although of course without a back scan that's not a final grade. I hope you didn't pay FN prices for it
