Is there water damage on this one that I am missing somewhere? I know its a lower grade book, but what is bringing it below a fine? I need to get better at grading in this area but most of the books I buy are vf/nm are books so I dont get too much practice.

There's a large corner crease bottom right FC, which for most folks will automatically drop the book to around 4.5/5.0. I would normally say 4.5, but the crease is less obtrusive & less color-breaking than average, so I think this will squeak by with a 5.0.
